A genuine US Military issue piece from the Gulf War Era! These parkas were designed for infrared concealment from Soviet-era night vision. Commando or sniper's would wear them over their battle dress uniforms.

Please note that these parkas are very hard to come by, especially in new condition (as this one is) - an excellent collectors item and great for use in mild and cold weather!
