Refunds & Exchanges
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Return Shipping: If the return is due to seller error or a defective item, we cover return shipping costs. (proof of item being defective, needs to be proved via video or a photo)
If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges if the item is available; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
