Refunds & Exchanges
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Condition
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories, tags, and components.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a seller error or a defective item, True Survivors Gear will cover the cost of return shipping. We may request photos or video showing the issue before approving the return.
If the return is due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size, change of mind, or any reason not caused by seller error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Surplus Item Condition Note
Many of our products are military surplus, vintage, or previously issued items. Minor cosmetic wear, storage marks, fading, name markings, repairs, or variations may be present and are considered normal unless the item was specifically listed as new or the condition issue was not disclosed in the product listing.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once processed, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Unless the return is due to seller error or a defective item, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges when the requested replacement item is available. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations Due to Errors
In rare cases, True Survivors Gear may cancel an order due to a pricing error, listing error, inventory issue, shipping issue, or other order-related problem. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
