So I ordered a second beanie because someone liked the one I was wearing so I gave it to them during the second order the post office messed up and put it in the wrong mailbox. Luckily, I’m at apartment they were able to go in and get it. I did message the seller who got back to me very quickly and they were on vacation. I was able to iron everything out and get it before I moved would highly recommend the shop.
