#3, Excellent are between 7 and 8, Blankets are nice and clean, very light used , may or may not have US print visible and manufacturer's label tag worn out with light print or no label.
#4 Very Good are between 6 and 7 , no hole, no cut, may have little stain , may or may not have print visible, nice and clean.
#5 Good, scale 5 will have small cut or couple tiny holes, nice and clean with or without US logo print , will show normal wear , clean.
# 6. Acceptable will show wear, will have holes or cuts or both, may ,may not have print and label ,clean and functional.
